The Restorer
We will be back in Joel this Sunday - Joel 2:18-32: "The Restorer". After the people respond to God's merciful call to "even now return to Him" and repent, God not only forgives but promises to restore and renew them! He promises to restore them physically/materially, relationally, and spiritually. V25 encapsulates the promise and extent of this restoration - "I will restore to you the years that the locust has eaten". Even what seems lost and wasted, the Lord can restore!
